Borda is Cody's Master. She spent several years seeking her master. The method of finding for Borda was energy signature, but timing and mobility of the party ended up resulting in frequent misses. Borda can fly super high in the sky. The heights that can be reached even exceed birds of prey. Breathing abilities are notably enhanced with Borda, as her lungs have extra filters to capture more oxygen in low oxygen environments. Borda has a thick layer of feathers that are thick enough to hide people the size of Cody in her chest. The feathers on her back are not as thick to allow for the wings. Like many soul binders, Borda's parents are not known. Borda does, however, have a boyfriend and two children. The location of the family is completely unknown at the time. Borda exploits her abilities to carry persons (mostly Cody) around often. This can be done by talons (safest) and by chest. Additionally, one can ride on her as well if she's allowed this.
Borda has developed strong liking to Cody, as expected from a spirit animal. She shares strong interests in what he creates and winds up offering advice he greatly appreciates. Though Borda has a boyfriend and children, she made it clear to them that she wants to get extremely close with her master once found. This means that Borda is willing to accept another mate, but only if that mate is her master. Since Kat is Cody's wife, Borda has also come to involving her in many activities that she carries out with Cody. Borda likes to store Cody (and others that she needs to transport) in her chest feathers, which is like a haven in winter times. Yes, Borda has breasts, but she will not bring anyone but her master or boyfriend that close to her, and usually only on unusually cuddly occasions.
