Chelsey is one of the five members that Sectoral Leader Cody is responsible for training. She is fashion oriented and loves to take every moment she can to make herself look pretty. Chelsey is also into pairs, but mostly because of the beauty behind it. She's also strong from carrying axes and clubs around. She may be pretty, but she's definitely paid attention to battling. This developed when she was informed she was going to be trained by a guy. She aims to impress, and that is her basis for going so far.
