Lokeen

Lokeen is one of the five members in the training party that Sectoral Leader Cody was asked by his boss to train. He is the jokester of the group, although he often tries too hard to make a joke of things, even when it may be inappropriate to do so. Lokeen first started to adapt the joking personality shortly after his wife passed away. He found that doing this kind of stuff helped him make light of situations that would otherwise be stressful.
