Scruffee is a creepy immortal graveskeeper of the Grave Prison. He likes to keep his prisoners in large bird cages and treating them like pets. This includes feeding them foods that will likely make them sick, including his famed Rat Stew. Though he is exceedingly old, most of the graveyard's fear is because of him. To make matters worse, though he's very slow and you'll easily outrun him, Grave Prison's a good size and there's no means of orientation. When he decided to live in Grave Prison, he created an object and sealed a spell inside of it. While the object remained, no one could use most magics when bound as prisoners. He does not like people who ditch their time. If you attempt to escape by foot, many undead beings will rise and capture you, taking no care to how much they damage you. Scruffee will then reach you (eventually) and take you back.
Scruffee was found to be a Time Sage on Crysake and Zoltan's quest to fix errors caused by timeline differences. This likely explains why Scruffee is immortal. He also dislikes it when time travellers step outside their boundaries. It seems Scruffee is well equipped with long lectures which he often mixes in with his everyday stories. Scruffee also possesses a cloak and can project the same creepy aura the rare time he travels. The equipment he uses tends to make him look like Death, which often freaks people out in it's own. Scruffee will also tolerate no lectures to himself, demanding respect as an elder. Since he's lived for a really long time, he's seen disaster after disaster, along with the strong points of each period of life. That means of all his long and tiring stories, there are likely some really interesting ones.
